When your mind is confused do not try to sort out things. Simple observe how that confusion is coming up from something very clear that is observing that confusion.
What our mind calls confusion is often the destroying of old patterns and concepts that for some reason go into crisis. We try to live our life based on ideas that society, family, teachers give us.
Life has instead usually totally different turns, because it does not happen based on pre-conceived ideas, but it unfolds spontanously in each istant.
So all the time that Life challenges our concepts about it, a crisis comes up.
This crisis is actually very healthy if we let it unfold fully, letting the fire provoked by the crisis burn totally. What we do instead is usually try to build up a strategy for not feeling that crisis. Escaping creates just more conflict, because is based on the idea that we are separated individuals, able to behave indipendently by all the rest of the Universe.
Tha fact is that the crisis is not involving us directly, but jus our ideas about ourselve. What we are all the time is infact that clarity that is observing the confusion.
In the dying of these concepts about ourselves, we are finally able to enjoy Life as it comes, without fighting it all the times.
In this letting go we discover that actually Life IS going as we want, but not as we THOUGHT that it should have been. It is already unfolding in the best way possible but we could not see it because the holding on to a concept.
